The Perfect Way to Slow Down This Holiday Season
As a history lover, I knew that a visit to the Ford House would be a perfect way to take in the holiday lights. Their Home for the Holidays first took me to the ticket booth, where I grabbed a hot chocolate for the walk.
Walking through the dazzling gardens and by Josephine’s playhouse as I made my way to the main residence started to build the anticipation. The lit-up willow tree was the highlight of the walk for me and felt so magical.
Inside the main residence you’re transported through time as you explore the first floor. You have the opportunity to visit Santa before exiting the residence too.
With opportunities to take the walk and tour at your own pace, as well as fire pits and festive drinks along the way, Home For the Holidays at the Ford House is the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the nostalgia of the holidays this season.
