The Menominee North Pier Lighthouse is found in Ann Arbor Park. The park includes a prominent place to park, a boat ramp, and access to the lighthouse and pier. You can walk out to the lighthouse if the weather conditions are right.

Menominee North Pier Lighthouse was first erected in 1877, and the current one was constructed in 1927. When visiting the upper peninsula of Michigan, this is one sight that you simply cannot miss. The north pier lighthouse is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the area. The bright red tower of the lighthouse shows the point where the Menominee River and Lake Michigan meet.

Another great place to spend some time when you are in the area is John Henes Park. The park offers 45 acres, with great views of the shoreline. There are many beautiful places to stop and have a picnic. John Henes Park also provides areas for swimming, biking, hiking, and volleyball.

When traveling to Menominee, you will want to try some of the great restaurants located throughout the area. Of course, you want to start your day with a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast.
