Bike, hike, ski, or snowshoe down snowy paths at the West End Winter Wonderland. During this self-guided winter tour, enjoy food, beverages and game stations featuring various local businesses. This fundraising event is sponsored by the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce.
Grand Rapids Ballet’s “Black & White: Swan Lake:” Grand Rapids – February 10-12
The romantic ballet “Black & White: Swan Lake” is coming to the Grand Rapids Ballet in time for Valentine’s Day. This thrilling version transforms a classic production into a contemporary tale of love and deception. Tickets are currently on sale at the Grand Rapids Ballet box office.
41st Annual North American VASA Festival of Races: Traverse City – February 11-12
The annual North American VASA Festival of Races is a cross-country ski and fat bike race event. It features 50k, 28K, 11k, and 6k races through the beautiful Traverse City State Forest Area. Plan to enjoy a post-race craft beer at the event tent while relaxing in the rustic beauty of Timber Ridge Resort.
Higgins Lake – Roscommon WinterFest 2017: Higgins Lake – Roscommon – February 17-18
Dozens of fun and exciting events highlight the annual Higgins Lake – Roscommon WinterFest. Admission for the weekend event is $5 per person. Admission includes kid’s games, horse-drawn carriage rides, a snowshoe scavenger hunt, live entertainment, and other fun events.
Petoskey Winter Carnival: Petoskey – February 17-19
Come celebrate the magic of winter at the 89th Annual Petoskey Winter Carnival. Join the popular Bump Jumping competition or Cardboard Challenge. Don’t forget to enjoy ice skating, a ghost walk, ice sculptures, and other events at the Petoskey Winter Sports Park. There’s something for everyone!
25th Anniversary Antique and Vintage Top of the Lake Snowmobile Show and Ride: Naubinway – February 17-18
This annual antique and vintage snowmobile show in Naubinway is a popular destination for collectors and snowmobile enthusiasts alike. Riders can hit the trails for a night ride or venture across the ice bridge from St. Ignace to Mackinac Island. A 50/50 drawing, banquet, and other great activities round out the weekend.
Michigan Nordic Fire Festival: Charlotte – February 24-26

12th Annual Winter Beer Festival: Comstock Park – February 24-25
