GR Hopper will take individuals and/or groups to restaurants, concerts, bars, the Grand Rapids airport, Van Andel arena, corporate events, banquet and reception halls, and many other venues and events in the greater Grand Rapids area.  The Hopper succeeds at being a low cost alternative to large limousine companies and taxis.  In addition, once you purchase a Hopper pass, it can be used to take you from bar to bar for the entire night.

GR Hopper passes can be purchased over the phone when making your reservation, or individuals can fill out a reservation form on the Hopper website.  When calling to reserve the Hopper bus, individuals can schedule a pick up and drop off time for the entire night.  GR Hopper runs from 6pm to 3am on Friday and Saturday nights.  Rates vary dependent upon start location and end location. However, typical rates are as follows:
-$5 per person for any downtown residents
-$7 per person from Standale or Alpine hotels
-$10 per person for any Allendale residents

Additionally, GR Hopper offers the option to rent out a bus for special events and larger private parties.  The GR Hopper sends a chauffeur to your party’s location and will then drive the bus to any predetermined location.  To book a GR Hopper bus, one just needs to fill out the form and provide the driver the necessary pick up and drop off location and times.  The GR Hopper provides a very safe and fun alternative to finding a designated driver or purchasing a limousine or taxi for the evening. ~Kristin M.
